First time visiting. Amazing place. I love the environment. Good place to impress for your significant other. Nothing supper fancy but they got drinks drinks drinks & FOOD. I had everything I could eat & more! Had the course-A bc u can order anything u want from the menu.

33$ for menu option B. (Cheaper of the 2 choices) We had spicy chicken bulgogi, pork bulgogi, and marinated short rids and much more.... each meat marinated good, tender, and I was so hungry I couldn't wait to get them on the grill. Even the baby octopus surprised me.... delicious and delicate. Now, it's not all flawless. The corn cheese? Meh. It lacked the gooey, cheesy punch I expected. And the seafood tofu soup? Good until the clams took over and threw the broth off balance. That said, these misses didn't ruin the good. Our server popped by just enough to make us looked after, but not smothered. Come for the bulgogi, stay for everything else.

We stopped by Gingham Ave for dinner on a Saturday night around 7:35 PM and waited about 37 minutes for a table, not too bad for prime dinner hours. It's a smaller spot with a cozy vibe, but the ventilation could definitely be better. We left smelling like KBBQ smoke way more than usual than other places we've tried. That said, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to bring out food and refill side dishes, which made the experience more enjoyable. As for the food, the meats were the highlight. We tried the spicy chicken bulgogi, spicy pork bulgogi, and beef short ribs, and everything was flavorful and well-marinated, perfect for grilling. The baby octopus was another pleasant surprise, tender and delicious. Unfortunately, the corn cheese was just ok for me. It was bland and lacked the cheesy richness I expected. The seafood tofu soup had a good start, but the clams tasted off and threw off the flavor of the broth. A small detail to keep in mind: sodas are sold by the can, so no refills here. Overall, Gingham Ave has its ups and downs. The meats were great, the service was top-notch, but the limited menu options and ventilation issues took away from the experience. If you love KBBQ and don't mind leaving with a smoky smell, it's still worth checking out.

This is by far my favorite KBBQ spot still. Their meat quality is so much better than anywhere else. It has been a few years since I've been a customer and the quality is still the same. I am not a Korean food lover, but I will come here. You know it's good when you see older Koreans here and not just all the Gen Z's and Millennials. It gets pretty packed. I also love how this place has better ventilation than other restaurants. It doesn't smell too horrible after a meal there. Their appetizers and sides are also different than others. The best part, they have intestines! Only a select few kbbq places have intestines and they are not all of the same quality. I usually receive better service here than other kbbq spots as well. They check up on tables quite often. Better come check it out bc you are def missing out if you haven't been here.

I've eaten here so many times for different occasions and it never disappoints. Best KBB in Sacramento. Atmosphere is on the louder side, but what KBB isn't? Great service Great quality Highly recommend

First it first, waitress was amazing that she was focusing on us to make sure we were ok and if we need anything else. Woah! I love it. I drink a lot of water to cleanse my pallet and these ladies were on point continually serving us water once they saw that the cups were empty. I love that!! Service 5/5 stars. Of course not only that they asked if we wanted anything else to continue to order. Which it was fantastic! Food? My goodness if you haven't tried this place out I don't know why you haven't! Come to this place so that you can try some delicious food here! They have pork, chicken and beef plus sea food. I didn't take pictures of the menu but when I go again I will. The ambiance it wasn't that busy so I'm not going to critique it but it was a bit different. Like the tables it wasn't your typical wood or plastic etc this was metal type of table which is refreshing. Easy clean up sanitize making sure not to dull the table (like other types of tables like wood etc.) with chemicals and what not. It was great. Do I recommend this place??? Yes I would Please if you like and or love kimchi get the kimchi soup!! Super good.

I love KBBQ. Came here at 12pm on a Sunday and only couple of tables were occupied. We were seated within a min. They have pretty good selections on their menu. We chose Course A since galbi is only offered in this option. The flavors and quality were good overall. Service was pretty fast but there were times where we had to flag them down and waited a bit for them to come back to take our orders. Overall, had a good experience for my first time. I personally think they are one of the good kkq spots in sac.

This is the best and authentic korean bbq I've tried so far. Ill give 10/5 for this one! All their meat specially the intestines are so fresh and no after taste! This is the first time I've tried a fresh intestines since mostly they have a bad review or bad taste of the intestines thats why I dont usually try it! But this one, my friend recommended it And it was superb! Little bit pricey but I guess for unlimited of everything its worth it. Long lines after 7pm specially on friday and on the weekends. They have 2 options course A and B. Highly recommended kbbq in Sac! Sorry for the photos! I've been here for 6-7x already and I always forgot to take a nice pictures since Im always excited to eat here!

Korean BBQ family dinner back at Gangnam Avenue! 2 courses avail at diff prices but more selection on course A. We tend to navigate Course B and Meats there are good enough for our family. Once in a blue moon, we'll get Course A. Our faves: Brisket Curry pork belly Pork jowl (extra crispy) Seafood tofu soup Corn cheese Extra banchan (cucumber/broccoli/rice paper) Service is good. Attentive but not too attentive. Sometimes they forget a dish or two as many manage multiple tables but if you remind them the second time, they usually come through. If you come for your birthday and share proof, they have a spin the wheel for gift/goodies. Our son received a $10 off gift certificate for the next time we dine here back in October. Don't forget the Korean ice cream on your way out for $1 each. Hope everyone had a great weekend full of good eats!
